Our Rolex history

As an Official Rolex Jeweler, Long’s has a long-standing partnership with Rolex that goes back many, many years.

We’re proud to offer multiple locations, expert staff, and special equipment for our customers throughout New England, and guarantee the authenticity of each and every part of your Rolex.

Long’s history

Long’s Jewelers is family-owned and operated with six locations throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Since 1878, Long’s has served as the foundation of Boston’s luxury jewelry and timepiece market. We take enormous pride in celebrating the biggest moments in our customers’ lives, and while our business has evolved over the years, our philosophy has remained the same: offer only the highest quality product and uncompromised service.

Boston’s Rolex flagship

In 2021, we had the honor of opening the first and only Rolex flagship store at 8 Newbury Street – a luxury destination located in the heart of Boston. Our goal was to create a beautiful, immersive Rolex experience that represents this city we know and love. We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.

Global luxury

Bringing our vision to life took a truly global effort, with Rolex’s Geneva headquarters playing a leading role in designing our beautiful and luxurious store. Details throughout the boutique pay homage to Boston’s history, from brickwork inspired by Boston’s Back Bay to visuals of the Public Gardens – which is just a stone’s throw away. Every day, it is a thrill to watch customers react to the unique store experience.
