Sales Associate

Long’s Sales Associates are stationed in our stores and work directly with our customers to help them find the right pieces from our extensive collection of jewelry, diamonds, watches and gifts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs
  • Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products
  • Supporting the store’s operations in all matters

Qualifications:

  • REQUIREMENT: Multiple years of experience in luxury product or service sales. No exceptions please.
  • Great passion for jewelry/luxury products and working with people
  • Strong history and approach to building and growing a client base
  • Great way with people and an ability to communicate and keep a level head at all times.
  • Have a great work ethic, team attitude and a hands on, roll your sleeves up approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Customer Service Professional

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently operate the store’s office according to all policies and procedures.
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Processing customer transactions.
  • Balance store closing and nightly paperwork.
  • Processing orders, sales and transfers of merchandise.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
  • Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
  • Inspect merchandise and completed repair for quality control standards.
  • Knowledge of ASC operating system a plus.

Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must.
