Q: Why aren't all of the products you carry in your brick and mortar stores available for purchase online?A: Right now, we only sell a select portion of our jewelry and watches online. While we have plans to expand our online selection in the near future, we encourage you to visit any of our five MA stores to see our entire collection. You may also preview the rest of our collections at www.longsjwelers.com.

Q: What is your return policy?A: Long's wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have a 30 day return policy provided that items purchased are returned in original condition. Returns can be arranged by calling 877 845 6647 ext 5839 or emailing email@example.com. There is no restocking fee for accepted returns and you will be credited for the full amount of the items purchased, provided that items are returned in the original condition; however you are responsible for shipping the product back to Long's or dropping off the item at a Long's store after arranging in advance. At times, we offer a promotion of free returns so during those times, you should contact us to arrange a return and we will provide a shipping label. If we are not in a promotional return period, we do not offer refunds on shipping charges, if any, unless an error was made on our part. Personalized items, such as engraved items and all rings, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Q: Can I ship my order to somewhere different than my billing address?A: For orders that total $300 or less, we are happy to ship to an address that is different than your billing address. For larger orders, we are committed to protecting our customers against fraud so as a security precaution, we will only ship items to the proper billing address. If you are interested in placing orders totaling over $300 and you wish to ship the items to an alternative address (such as work or a gift recipient), please contact us at 877 845 6647 ext 5839 and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Q: Are all of your estate jewelry items in stock?A: If an item is listed on this website, it is almost certainly in stock. However, we also make these products available in our Long's stores and there is a small chance that an item sells in one of our stores and isn't removed from the website immediately. In the unlikely event that we are unable to make an item available to you after you ordered it through this website, we will notify you within the next business day and we will ensure that your credit card is not charged. We apologize in advance if this unlikely event happens to you!
Q: When will I receive my order?A: Many of our items are in stock and will be shipped within two business days. If any item is out of stock or if we cannot fill your entire order, you will be notified shortly after your order has been received. Certain Boston Marathon items such as rings and etched bowls must be ordered. In that case, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you have questions if an item will arrive at your address by a certain date, please call 877 845 6647 ext 5839.
Q: What types of payments do you accept? Are there limits on credit card purchases?
A: We generally accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for most purchases on our website. However, for larger purchase (typically $500 or $1,000 and more), we may not be able to accept payment online via credit card. In that case, after you place your order, we will contact you to discuss other acceptable forms of payment such as a bank wire, Paypal payment, in person credit card payment, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience but we want to protect our consumers from fraudulent transactions as best possible and that could mean requiring you make a different form of payment.
Q: I live outside the United States and Canada and your online store does not allow me to place an order for items $50 and over. How can I order those items from Long's?A: Items under $50 are available for world shipping via first class mail. If you live outside the United States and Canada, and you would like to order items that are $50 retail value and over, there are two ways for you to contact Long's to order. First, you can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Second, you can call us directly at 877 845 6647 ext 5839 weekdays between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm EST. Because of customs restrictions, we are unable to send jewelry items to many world destinations.
Q: Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping?A: Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping at no additional charge on any of our in-stock items. Q: Which Boston Marathon items can be personalized?A: Nearly all Boston Marathon products can be personalized with engraving or etching. Items that can be personalized have a space for you to enter the necessary information before you add the item to your shopping cart.
Q: Do the Boston Marathon items have the year already imprinted? I want to order something to commemorate a previous year's race.A: Any of our items may be personalized as a memento of any previous race. No specific years are imprinted on any of our items.
Q: How will Long's know my Boston Marathon finishing time if I choose to have it engraved or etched on my item?A: Long's has access to the official Marathon results and uses your runner number to locate your finishing time. Please make sure you double-check your runner number when you order your item.
