A Long's Proposal Story: Nick & Leah

We always love sharing a Long's proposal story, especially one as special and meaningful as this! Leah tells the story about her trip with Nick to Bermuda where she got the surprise of a lifetime and a gorgeous ring:

"Nick proposed while we were on vacation in Bermuda - not even 24 hours into the trip! He asked in a small private cove off of Horseshoe Beach, a popular beach in Bermuda- known for its pink sand.

While I thought we were just taking a walk looking for a more secluded place to swim, Nick had a different plan. Once we found a spot I had started to head into the water. When I turned around and realized he wasn't right behind me I started walking back towards where he put our stuff down. Next thing I knew he was getting on one knee!

What Nick didn't realize was he asked in the same spot where we had spread my great uncles ashes about 5 years earlier. Bermuda was already a special place for me as my family frequents the island for vacation but now holds an even more special place in my heart."
