Visualize Your Design
Once the design has been decided upon, our staff will work with you to create a rough sketch of the jewelry or show you different pictures to demonstrate the various features that it will have.
State-of-the-art Technology
From your sketch, our staff will create a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering of your custom design so that the jewelry appears as a 3-dimensional digital image.
Once you approve the design, we generate a wax or resin model. We make it easy for you to approve your piece through email, or you are welcome to visit in store as well.
Bringing Your Design to Life
Upon approval of the design, our team begins to create the casting for your one-of-a-kind piece. Once the casting is complete, our team puts on the finishing touches. From here, the piece is cleaned, polished, and the diamonds and gemstones are set by hand by our master jewelers.

The custom piece is complete, and your vision is a reality! Typically, custom pieces take just a few weeks to create after the model has been approved.
