I hereby grant to Long's Jewelers its assigns, and licensees the absolute and irrevocable worldwide right and permission to copyright and use for editorial purposes photographic portraits or pictures of my proposal and of any person featured in my proposal pictures (who I have notified and whose permission I have obtained) in whole or in part in all forms and media in all manners, including without limitation Long's Jeweler’s websites, [including but not limited to photographic alterations, whether produced by standard photographic techniques or by computer], in conjunction with biographical information and my own name or no name, for any editorial purpose whatsoever (hereinafter, the “images”). I hereby waive for myself and on behalf of the photographer (who I have notified and whose permission I have obtained) any right that I may have to inspect or approve the images, their use, or any text or caption near it.
I hereby release, and agree to hold you harmless from any liability that may be incurred hereunder, including but not limited to future uses of the images. I have no expectation of monetary compensation from you.
I warrant and represent that I am of full age and can legally enter into this agreement and that I have notified and received permission from all third party to sign this release and permission on their behalf.
