All Store Locations Are Now Open!

 

We're excited to announce all our store locations are now open! Our top priority is for you to be safe and feel comfortable. That’s why we want to share these important changes we’ve made to best protect our guests and employees:

  • Reduced hours: We will be open a limited amount of days each week at reduced hours to allow us time to thoroughly clean the store each day.  View store hours

  • Limited number of guests at one time: To maintain social distancing, we are allowing a limited number of guests in the store at one time. We ask for your patience if you are asked to wait outside the store or in your car until we can safely assist you. 

  • Keeping it healthy and clean: We have new practices in place to ensure jewelry and timepieces are cleaned before and after each interaction, plus policies to ensure guests and employees hands are clean or gloved.

  • Protective masks: All employees will be wearing protective face masks, and we will be asking our guests to wear face coverings as well. We will provide masks to our guests who need them. 

  • Limited services: We are not yet offering our complimentary jewelry cleaning services, but hope to do so soon. Other select services may also not be available at this time. Please feel free to contact us before visiting us if you have any questions.

  • Selling or trading in your jewelry: We are now offering our jewelry and timepiece buying services. We recommend you make an appointment to ensure a buyer will be available when you visit.

  • E-commerce and virtual shopping still available: We recognize that some are not ready to visit us in person. For those, we invite you to visit our website or make an appointment for a Virtual Shopping Session with an expert, so we can service you remotely! As a reminder, we will also continue to offer curb-side pick up for your convenience. Please call us to make arrangements.

    We have a great selection available for purchase online, including our David Yurman collection, and we are shipping several days each week. Free shipping and returns are available on all purchases $50 or more!
