A Long's Proposal Story: David & Amber

We were so excited when Amber chose to share her proposal story with us! Not only is her engagement ring absolutely gorgeous, but her proposal story was so touching. With family there to witness and photograph the event, Amber officially said "yes!"Here are more details about this special day that Amber shared with us:

"I had no idea we were going to get engaged! Turns out David had met with my dad a month before vacation to ask for my hand in marriage. Once my dad said yes, David visited the Long's Jewelers at Post Office Square in Boston and registered for Pinterest to view my wedding board to determine what ring I would like. Don't worry he consulted my family and close friends for approval too.

Our vacation got off to a very rough start when our plane needed to return to the airport because it could not get up to speed to make the full trip. On the second (what should have been third) day of our trip, we were all trying to get into the vacation spirit and were scheduled to visit Pisa. After taking countless touristy photos, David asked that we take one more together. When we were done, I turned around, and he was down on one knee - with a blue Long's Jewelers box."
