A Long's Proposal Story: Abby & Stephen

How did you two meet?
"We met at sports bar, Sharkeez in Huntington Beach, CA. My friend was leaving and he asked if he could take the seat next to me. She was more than happy to oblige (He's a handsome guy, lol). We have been together ever since. I moved to Boston 1 year ago so we wouldn't have to apart for one more day."

What are the details from the proposal?
"We traveled to Cancun, Mexico for my best friend's wedding. Being that I was the Maid of Honor, I was preoccupied with wedding activities for the bride and groom. Plus, Steve went to extreme measures to keep it quiet. We had never even discussed rings together. He gained all of the information from my friends and was able to find the perfect ring, with the help of Elise. (Peabody Branch).

The day after the wedding we took a walk on the beach before we were to attend a brunch for the Newlyweds. Toward the end of the walk Steve began to talk about our story and how lucky he felt to have me. A that moment he began to turn and drop to a knee. As he asked for my hand in marriage I could see my best friend and all our friends and family from the wedding coming to surround us! It was an amazing moment orchestrated by so many people. I felt so special and so lucky to have this amazing man forever. We celebrated the next 3 days on the beaches in Mexico, while I heard all the stories of how he created the best surprise of my life!"
