The best parts of the experience, though, were (1) when I came to pick up my ring 20 minutes before they opened and they sent someone outside with my purchase anyway, so that I didn’t have to find a parking spot in the financial district and (2) when I bought the ring a size and a half too big and they fixed it while we waited on a Saturday morning in about 40 minutes. I went into the store to purchase a 1-year anniversary gift for my husband.
